About Us

Who we are: I’m Melissa, the photographer behind the lens and the creator behind this online space.  

Patrick, my husband, would practically live in the garage if I let him.  His love for tinkering, building, and problem solving has evolved into a garage full of gadgets including 3D printers, laser engravers and an array of woodworking tools.  

It started a couple of years ago with him creating custom gifts for friends and family and now our daughter KJ has too many personalized water cups and 3D printed toys to count (lucky girl).  

He also inspired me to explore my creative side, so you will also see my custom made jewelry and other items.

We’ve decided we want to share this with the world and hoping you can find some inspiration & joy in your own gift giving (to others or yourself).

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cropsey Creations, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item(s), we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return/Exchange Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the product.
  5. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out once the original item is received and approved.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
